Hi, I’m Rachel— coach for midlife women and breast cancer survivors.
After 21 years in the military, I thought I understood strength—until perimenopause and breast cancer challenged everything I knew about my body.
The fatigue, the stiffness, the disconnect… it was real. And what I discovered was this:

So I found a better way.
